今朝のラジオで知った。寿司の発祥地は東南アジアだって。早速ネットで調べたらその通りだった。酸味成分の違いで2種類ある。乳酸と酢酸。前者は熟鮓(なれずし)、後者は早寿司(はやずし) 。
熟鮓(なれずし)は醗酵熟成した寿司という意味あい。一方早寿司(はやずし)ははやい寿司を意味している。

寿司について調べたあとは、ギターで Fantasie の練習をした。曲の前半のみしかしなかった。
I heard it on the radio this morning. The birthplace of sushi is Southeast Asia. I did a quick search on the net and found that. There are two types of sour ingredients. lactic acid and acetic acid. The former is narezushi, and the latter is hayazushi.
Narezushi means fermented and matured sushi. On the other hand, Hayazushi means fast sushi.
